    I’ve tested my form multiple times and the submissions haven’t sent to any of the emails I have set. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks

    We can only receive the form emails when using the “default” form theme with a type – “embedded”

    Hi! Thanks for your response. I just checked and I’m using the default form theme and the form is embedded. Strange that it’s still not working. ??

    Hello dear friends,

    Can you please enter form maker > submissions > select the form and see whether you have received any submissions.

    If you have received the issue is with either email settings or email provider.
    If not, this means for is not getting submitted in general.

    In either case please check these 2 scenarios:

    1. Please enter form maker > options and enable “Ajax submit” and check again.
    2. Please enter form > email options and make sure that in all sections where for “Email from” or “Reply to” sections you have chosen “Other” in all those fields email address is added.

    If this won’t help, then please send me the following information:
    your form page link
    your form maker plugin’s version
    screenshot of the email options section
