• Hi, we’ve been using this form system for a while (I have a PLUS Licence), recently it stopped working completely, just a generic message on submission saying that it failed. I resolved that by updating my PHP version to 8.0, but now that it’s working again I am not getting submissions saved to the database. I have checked the settings and “Save submitted forms to the database” is checked.

Any ideas what I might need to check?

Also, it would be amazing if it were possible to view the submissions from the database with the formatting that is used for the user filling out the form when they click the View Summery link before submitting. This is a much better format for viewing, I need to be able to print and distribute to a panel and the database export gets messed up when I try to export it.

    Hi,

It often helps to deactivate both versions of the plugin and then activate them again. This usually fixes the database problem. Which can occur due to updates of other plugins.

The plugin offers the possibility to export the database entries as CSV. A different presentation of the data is currently not planned. but thanks for your thoughts. We will discuss this in the regular meetings with the development team, whether we would like to integrate another solution for this.

    Kind regards

LOL, that fixed the database recording, but now I’ve lost emails getting sent out. I’ll have to have a look through that again now.

Please do look at just copying the summary view as a click from the database within the WP Admin area as it would make the data massively more accessible.

    Thanks.

Fixed it, just went into the form settings and saved settings without making any changes, that seems to have done it. phew
