    Hiya,

I have just realised that is you send a form from my website, it goes through the motions and redirects the webpage to where it should, however the email is never received… BUT… in the dashboard under messages you can see the messages are there, they just never reach my normal mailbox, but are showing under messages in the dashboard, any ideas?

ps, my domain has spf and dkim… ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_log you will be able to see the attempts at sending and any error messages returned by the mailer

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, i added a smtp plugin and everything works now, not very techie, but sending now from a smtp mailbox seems to have fixed it, just weird how it’s always worked for years and years… ??

All the main email providers have started to get very fussy.
Some hosts don’t wrap their emails correctly.

I do have a free plugin that tries to help and I use it on my sites rather than use SMTP.

I realise your problem is solved but if you wanted to test with your SMTP plugin deactivated and with this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/stop-wp-emails-going-to-spam/ active, I’d love the feedback if it made a difference.
