Submitted images as specific cathegory

    HI would it be possible to get all images submitted via the form tagged as a specific cathegory? I would like to be able to have an automaic gallery displaying the latest posts (preferable as linked images if possible but mainly just as images).

    It’s possible to set a category for submitted posts, but not for images. Why? Because with WordPress images do not have categories, only posts.

    agree as default but it is possible to activate cathegories for images that was ahy i was wondering or are they located in a specific folder? Then maybe that could be a solution.

    All images are uploaded using the default/core WordPress media functionality. So any uploaded images will be either in the default location, or if using a plugin to change that, then they will be located wherever the plugin is putting them.
