Submitting a more info request: Error code 3901c

    Hi there,
    I’m working on a site a site for a client and I’ve been running into a issue with the modal dialogs on listings pages. The modal windows display fine for both “schedule showing” and “more info” but when I try to submit the form I get “There was an error processing your request.

    Please try again later. (Error code 3901c)” still in the modal window. I’ve a few thing looking at the email set-up at the IDX control panel but not luck so far. The client already uses iHomefinder’s IDX service could this been conflict between the current site, and the new one?

    Hi Scott,

    Error code 3901c is generated if our server thinks the message contains HTML or content that is SPAM related. You may want to make sure you message contains simple text like “How large is this house?”.

    Ah that does make sense, my message was very test message like. I tried them with some real estate content and they went through fine. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
