Submitting Abstract in Font

    Is it possible to only allow a certain font for example Arial size 12 to be set when submitting an abstract. Our client only needs abstracts that are set at Arial size 12 to be submitted. is there a way to do this?
    When I download the abstract it is in DejaVu font. I need it to be only in Arial size 12
