    Do you know what is causing this and how we can fix it.

    We are unable to accept an application because of this.

    Can you make issue occur yourself? Is it simply user error? If so, hire them!?? <:-/>

    Yes. I found what the problem was. There was extra text on the right hand side under the mandatory check box. I deleted that and it seemed fine.

    I ran some test applications and they came through ok, but I did not receive any e-mail notifications that an application was submitted.

    I have checked all the settings and they appear fine.

    Is there something I am overlooking?
