Submitting Comments Without Name, Email Shows Cannot Be Displayed Page

  • I just installed WordPress. I checked everything out and found that when I type a Name, Email and Comment as required the comment posts but if I do not type a required Name, Email or Comment and just hit submit comment the error messages in the PHP file do not work and it takes me to a page cannot be dispayed.

    Has any else ever had this problem and if so how do I fix it?
