Submitting form multiple times possible

    Hi there,

    Thanks again for the great plugin.

    I’ve had some support requests come through many times and I’ve realised that if you click the submit button on the form more than once it creates multiple tickets.

    Is there a way to prevent this from happening so the form can only be submitted once?

    Hi @8creates, sorry for the delay!

    The forms should already include double click prevention. However it might not be working on some browsers. We’ll check to see if this can be made more robust in the next update.

    Hi Greg,

    There is some javascript in the form which should prevent duplicate submissions. If it is not working, there may be something on the page which is breaking that. If you’d like to send a link to a page with your form on, I’ll be happy to take a look.
