Submitting form with AJAX doesn't work

    Hi, I use your plugin on one site without any problem and on the same server with much lighter custom theme on another webpage (please see footer section of inventor-hsm.cz). On this site, AJAX submit method doesn’t work. Page will reload, email field stays filled by email address. When I switch AJAX off, it works and register email to mailchimp. Using latest version.

    Is it something known? Tryed to find solution without any other posts about this issue.

    Hi,

    This is not a known issue. I took a look at your site, but don’t see any javascript errors that would be preventing the form from being submitted properly.

    Can you try and toggle on advanced debugging in the settings panel. That may or may not return a response as to what is going on.

    On the site that is working do you have the form setup in the exact same way, connected to the same mailing list?

    Dear Evan,

    Advanced debugging shows “No errors logged”.

    Yes, my forms are similar to on working site with same settings to forms and same list (you can see delcam.cz). And as I wrote, without AJAX it works.

    Hi,

    Without having access to the theme I am not sure why things aren’t working as intended. we included both Ajax and non Ajax for this purpose. You’ll have to do a bit of debugging on your end, as it may be some conflict with the theme.

    Hi Pavel,

    I think the best course of action for debugging this issue is by sending me over a copy of your current theme, since I’ll need to access the theme files to check what sort of conflicts may be happening.
