I’m not really finding one go-to doc besides simply looking into the code of a known plugin (probably too late for my brain and search skills), but those four in order should tell the whole story of both how-to and best practices (which you won’t get from just inspecting another plugin).

Would it be a no-no to install my own plugin into my personal websites (17 of them).

Before submitting, I tested my plugin by uploading from my laptop to 1 site and it worked (via FTP).

When I got approved, I deleted the plugin from that 1 site, then looked through the admin/plugins dashboard and installed it that way (to test things).

I am asking because of the Active Installs stats thing. It is showing less than 10 (I have it on my main website only).

It’s ok to install your own plugin. ??
