Subpage to category

  • Hello, I’ve a cateogry “test”. I want to create a page which final url should be “mysite.com/test/page-name”.

    I’ve removed the “/category” tag from url, so I can’t create a page “test” and use a subpage “page-name” as the url of the main page should conflict with the one of the category.

    Solutions?

  • Your question is a bit confusing. If you have already removed the “/category” tag from the permalink structure then there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

    Hello, first of all thanks for your reply. I want to clarify:
    URL of category “test” is: mysite.com/test
    URL of page “test” is: mysite.com/test
    URL of subpage: mysite.com/test/page-name

    As you can see, there’s the same URL for both the page and the category. I don’t think that wordpress engine likes it, right?
