Subpages not showing in desktop view

    I’m trying to add a new page (Frenectomies) and subpages to the Pediatric Dentistry tab, but for some reason, the subpages are only showing in the drop-down menu in mobile or when I restore down the browser window (see pictures).

    I’ve definitely added the pages to both the main and mobile menus in Appearance>Menus, so it seems odd that they wouldn’t pop-out in both places. The category “Frenectomies” does show up in both places though.
