Subscibers in wrong list

    Hi,

    I have a very basic set up with 4 lists. Most users appear only in the list I select but some are apearing in the wrong list, they are apearing in lists they are not selected for.

    Is something out of sync?

    How are your visitors subscribing to your lists? Are you using a MailPoet form, registration during checkout (WooCommerce), etc.?

    I’d check first your forms and MailPoet settings, in case you have associated several lists (or a different list) to them. It can also happen that if someone followed the “Manage subscription” page: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/184-the-manage-subscription-page

    They could manually have removed themselves from a list and subscribed to another one.
