After I seeing the widget code, seems has a bad key!!! Really you are printing the widget as standard way (through dragging into sidebar), or you are make a copy of the generated code? The key is a hidden field with encoded info to stop spammer bots, and every day changes…

Another explanation: are you using some cache plugins?

Ok. Some cache plugins can trigger the Knews antispam bot registration. The 1.2.5 version includes a preference to avoid this check for this blogs.
