Subscribe Button Does Not Work

The first thing to check in this case would be to test for inteference from other plugins, or the theme.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Let us know if you find a conflict, and what with. It does look like there are some site errors that are probably the root cause of this, but we’ll need to know which plugin is causing that.

Thank you. I have tried deactivating all the plugins but that didn’t work. I also changed the theme to Twenty Seventeen but that didn’t work either. This plugin seems to works fine on all of our website pages but our home page. It also works fine with our other website https://www.growingupchico.com so I’m not sure why the pop up and the home page subscribe buttons won’t work. Wish I could use this plugin but I think I’m going to have to find another one.

I am facing same issue. It’s keep saying subscribing on Safari, Firefox and mobile devices. Only working in chrome ??
