Subscribe button not working

Hi,

The “subscribe” button doesn’t work on my plugin. I’ve selected an e-mail address for notifying me of submissions, as well as a thank you message – the problem is that the form simply doesn’t submit.

I’m not using a third-party form, just the simple default one from the plugin.
