Subscribe button not working

    Hi,
    I have problem with subscription’service button which is not working properly.

    When I enter the email address and press the button Subscribe nothing happens. Email address vanished and the error message is shown :”File this field”

    It works only when I enter the email and instead of pressing the button I hit ENTER on keyboard…

    Please I need your help to understand where I I make it wrong…
