Subscribe Error!

Is this happening when you try and subscribe to other sites by email? Or are visitors to your own site reporting this error when subscribing by email? If it’s the latter, what is the address of your site?

Regarding the failed email subscription, that usually happens because they already have a pending subscription, which means they received a confirmation email but never clicked the activation link.

To prevent abuse, we never re-send that confirmation email.

Would you please ask the affected subscriber to check their email inbox and spam folder for that confirmation email?

To add the placeholder, either use https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/lazyload_images_placeholder_image/ in your theme’s functions.php or use a functionality plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/code-snippets/ (that’s my preferred method). but over 10 email was tested by me and there was same error!

i send my site link in previous post but it was deleted by a moderator!
(site is public and have user & pass for avoid of search engines crawls)

You’re seeing this because we’ve already sent a confirmation email. We can adjust the setting for all of the affected email addresses so that they can subscribe again.
