Subscribe form can be submitted even though first & last name is mandatory.

    i have this subscribe box included on my site but ironically it can be submitted without a user adding any value, including email. Initially i thought email was mandatory but without filling any of the three field the form can be submitted. Any help would be great.

    We checked the website and couldn’t find any popup over there to check.
