Help! I just discovered that attempting to subscribe (using a widget) on our website generates a Page Not Found error (“Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”)
    What’s going on?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Additional info:
I tried creating a new Form (same result), also tried going back to the original widget (that used to work a few months ago) and that doesn’t help either.
I should note that I just changed the name of the List (for subscribers) from “All” to “General”. Not sure if that’s related or not. I don’t know for sure whether it worked before that change or not.

    Hi markfoeller,

We have just checked your website and found that there are many javascript especially jQuery related errors on your page and it restrict Email Subscribers to function as desired.

I request you to disable all other plugins except Email Subscribers and check once again.

Thanks for the help! I was using the W3 Total Cache Minify option to defer loading of a bunch of javascript files; apparently that was causing the problem. Turned off that Minify option and now it works OK.
