    Hello,

For some reason, the subscribe links are not appearing under the player for me. Well, only one is (RSS).

    Relevant information:

I am using Category Podcasting. I have “strict categories” set to “on,” though setting it “off” doesn’t help (neither does toggling “podcast only feeds” on/off). I have my destination links correct, and I have toggled “on” the two settings for each of my destinations with links: “Show link in subscribe sidebar” and?“Show link on subscribe page.” I’ve also tried clearing the cache.

    Any suggestions?

    I’m assuming Under the player.

IF you are using category podcasting, you put those links in the destinations menu for the category podcast, not the main podcast channel (in PowerPress Settings)

    Hi, Mike.

Yes, the subscribe links (apart from the RSS link) under the player are not appearing for me despite having those links in the destinations menu in the category podcast section.

Any idea why they won’t show?

Little update. Still not working. But, when I toggle on and off the “Display subscribe links below player and media links” in the main PowerPress settings area (NOT this podcast’s designated category settings), the “Subscribe: RSS | More” language turn on and off. Still can’t get it to show the other destinations. I wonder if there is a bug somewhere as the main settings options is adjusting the category.

    I’m having a similar problem with one of my sites – https://knowledgegraphinsights.com/teodora-petkova/ , e.g.

Any further advice on troubleshooting this? The subscribe links are (mostly) working on my other sites (csi.fm and cai.fm).

Is this support item still open?

@larryswanson When I look at the link you provided, I am seeing subscribe links for Apple Podcasts and RSS underneath the media player.

Yes. Those two are showing, but I have also set up and validated the feeds for Spotify, Amazon, Android, and Subscribe by Email, and they don’t show up.

Thanks for the clarification. Each destination has a couple checkboxes under the destination URL field. If you look at the Apple Podcasts setting, do you see any checkboxes currently checked that aren’t also checked for Spotify (or any other destinations not appearing under the media player)?

Both the “Show link in subscribe sidebar” and “Show link on subscribe page” boxes are ticked for each of the destinations I’d like to show: Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Android, and email – but only Apple and RSS are showing up now – https://knowledgegraphinsights.com/katariina-kari/

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve asked the Blubrry dev team to look into this. I’ll post another message here as soon as I get something back from them.

    Give this a try:
1.) Log in to your WordPress site
2.) Go to PowerPress >> Settings >> Website tab >> Blog Posts & Pages; check the box next to “Display subscribe links below player and media links.”
3.) Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page
4.) Clear any site caches, if applicable

See if the subscribe links appear underneath the player after that.

Thanks, Shawn. I tried all of that, as well is unchecking and then rechecking each selection for each of the suggestions you made and still seeing only the Apple and RSS links. See, e.g., https://knowledgegraphinsights.com/jessica-talisman/

Is there anything else I can try?
