Subscribe message does not appear and how to move the sign up box down

    I have been waiting from a response from support and no answer so I am posting here to see if I can get some answers. When I input info into the name and email fields, when I press the subscribe button nothing happens. I get the emails but not message saying the Thank you for subscribing or even an error. And I would also like to know if it is possible to move the input fields down the page. I have a picture in the background but I would name and email field is blocking the the picture. Can I fix this?

    Hi @ofori699,

    The subscribe successful message is a tested feature which is working in all of the installations. The issue you are facing should be a CSS conflict with another plugin or your WordPress theme. Please check switching to a WP default theme and deactivating activated plugins.
