Subscribe not working

Do you know of a very simple plugin that I just add as a widget that automatically sends out my blog posts?

i don’t know it is something automatically because you need to build your news letter , to look awesome if you want to make an email marketing . search in wordpress plugin email newsletter and you will fount many plugins and you have the documentation .

I really need some help. My site is ChocolateandGod.com. You can see my Jetpack subscription form on the top left. I cannot for the life of me enter an email from my computer. It worked with one email address and now I cannot enter another. I click subscribe and it just goes back to my home page. Plus you cannot search Jedpack for a subscriber, you can but it won’t pull up.

I am very concerned folks are not having this work right. Also, is there a way to get the HTML code so I can also have people subscribe in a popup box?
