Subscribe Pop up Error

    Support UUID – ampwp-90e09b20-e809-53b7-9df9-69063cb2c797

    We had setup a pop up on the homepage for people to subscribe to our mail list which is not working. Anytime someone is trying to add their email address it results in an error(not specified what the error is).
    The pop up was working fine a while ago and has recently started having issues.
    Any assistance regarding the same would be highly aprreciated.

  • Hi there @forthepuzzled0324, thanks for reaching out.

    I don’t see AMP active on your sites homepage at present, not do I see the homepage a validated homepage URL using the UUID you kindly provided.

    If you want to share a plugin or how you implemented the popup I’d be happy to check this for you. From inspecting your site and the details provided there are various plugins active that are not AMP compatible.

    You can also review the plugins website FAQ page to find out more about the options you have when you come across invalid AMP content.
