Subscribe sends all messages

    Hi,

    I discovered by chance that anyone subscribed to the Private Group forum would receive copies of all messages sent to the forum even though they couldn’t see or access the private threads of others.

    For now I’ve simply hidden the Subscribe link for that forum using css, but is there another setting I should have made?

    Can you go to

    dashboard>settings>bbp private groups>plugin information and copy the settings, and email then to me using the email address in

    After off-line correspondence, this issue was
    ‘It seems that the user who was receiving notification of all posts subscribed BEFORE the forum was set to private. Subscribing to the forum now it’s set up and the user no longer receives new posts.’

    I have rechecked and the private groups plugin checks correct subscription on user group change and forum group change
