    Yes,
I’ve tried that. Same result with the Twenty-Twelve theme. Problem stays the same:
    1) Click on “subscribe” -> Add to Google Calender
    2) Google Calender opens….
    3) Message: “Do you want to add ….” -> Click on Yes.
    4) Then the error message: “You have no acces to…..”

    So I’ve tested it for a theme-conflict.
I use Extra from Elegantthemes. No childtheme, no moderations to the php’s.

Have you tried the following steps?

    1. Find “Other Calendars” located on the left of the screen, about half way down.
    2. Press on the little down arrow just beside it on the right.
    3. Choose “Add by URL”
    4. In the popup window, enter the webcal URL as shown below.
    5. After about 10 seconds, the new entries will show on your calendar.

Hello Benjamin, thanks for the follow-up.
I know he “Add by URL” option. And this works, but when the option “Add to Google calender” is given by ai1ec, it should work. Your answer is more like a work around. Not all of my visitors are ‘tech-smart’.

What I saw, but that’s another problem, is that repeated events were displayed on the wrong day (every first Saturday of the month changed in a Friday, when I imported the calender into my Google Calender)
Timezone is the same for ai1ec and Google Calender…

I hope you can think of another solution.
    Thanks.

I suppose you’ve also checked whether there is a conflict with other installed plugins?
