Subscribe to Comments

I’ve noticed in at least the past few days people who are subscribed to comments on particular posts are getting email notifications for posts they have never commented on and have never chosen to be subscribed to.

It doesn’t show up in the plugin management area, they are not shown as being subscribed but still get the notifications.
