Subscribe to follow-up comments & generate Leads?

    I’m looking for 2 checkboxes & integrations to be included:

    1. Follow-up: Visitors should be able to subscribe to new comments on their own or the whole comment thread
    2. It would be great if we can collect leads via comment forms including Double Opt-in of course
