Subscribe to Newsletter Plugin

I have a JetPack plug in that created a form for viewers to subscribe to my blog. I have a MailChimp account and put their form on my site for viewers to subscribe to my newsletter. Everything is working, however, the email address field and subscribe buttons don’t look the same (teachmecreative.com). How can I make these areas look identical? Ideally, I want both to look like the Subscribe to the Blog area. I can’t find where I can copy and paste the html code of that area to the Subscribe to the Newsletter area.
