Subscribe to one post and you're subscribed to all

    There is an issue with the plugin where if you subscribe to comments on post #1, then go to post #2 and do NOT select the subscribe box, when your comment is published on post #2 you WILL be subscribed to that post. My commenters have complained about this – if they just want to subscribe to one post and they comment on many, they end up subscribed to them all. The subscribe checkbox does not work after the initial selection.
