I tried to add a subscribe button through the Jetpack widget on my site but it doesn’t show on mobile until about an hour later. I tried to move it from the primary sidebar to the header area, but it’s now stuck in the sidebar on the mobile version. On desktop, I can see the widget in the header area as I wanted. What could be causing this glitch ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @the-muffin-top,

Thanks for your patience and for bearing with us; we’re working on a backlog of support requests at this time, and we generally answer in the order received.

I checked your site on desktop and on mobile, and I can see the subscription widget on the header in both instances as you wish. The site was also pretty fast in loading, which is good news too.

I used an iPhone to check your site on mobile: if you still can’t see the subscription widget on the header, it’s possible that there might be something related to the mobile device and the theme.

    Hope that helps!
