Subscribe2 being used for phishing

I recently received an email trying to phish for user/pass info and followed it back to the site.

I noticed that this is not the first time this has occurred with WordPress/Subscribe2 and that the original files were installed in 2013. By now you would have thought that someone would have shut this down. I have sent an email to the site to let them know.
I guess this is the price of writing a popular plugin that is highly flexible.
