  • @mattyrob,

    I have just updated to the new version and uploaded a csv of new users. I used the settings to what I want and then went into subscribers and tried to use the bulk changer for formatting and category registration. The bar on the top says my changes worked but when I go into each user to check nothing has changed.
    Could you look at this for me?

    Thank you
    Chris Holland

    @cholland,

    I’ll take a look on my test install later, can you confirm the steps to reproduce and also the Subscribe2 version number please.

    needy version 8.4 I tried adding users via CSV Import, then set settings to automatically register new users. I imported users after having set subscribe setting.Then went to subscribers and then chose all registered users and hit filter, that brings up bulk management options. From there I chose the category I wanted to register people to and hit the button directly below. on the top the pop box said success. I then checked randomly actual subscriber settings and they were not registered to the category I chose.

    @cholland,

    Thanks, I’ll see if I can reproduce that tonight on my test install.

    @cholland,

    I’ve got a test install with 3 registered subscribers. I have just successfully change the subscription format for these 3 users using the bulk management section. I also bulk unsubscribed them from a category (checked and confirmed for all 3 users) and then re-subscribed them to that category (checked and confirmed for all 3 users). So far I am unable to reproduce this issue using version 8.4 of the plugin.

    Try re-installing the plugin (version 8.4) after erasing the folder on the server using FTP software and then re-try.

    @mattyrob,

    Thanks that did the trick!

    Chris
