subscribe2 plugin why is the tablle not showing for customer to fill

Could a kind soul tell me what I am doing wrong after having installed this plug in?
The site is
https://www.yourdailyshakespeare.com
and the page in the manu is “Subscribe (free”
I thought I would see a form of sorts for the interested visitor to fill in. But, as you see, it only allows ‘fill-in from profile’.
I do not know if this is the way the subscription procedure shouild work.
