    I installed and activated the Subscribe2 plugin and went into Settings (Email). The following message appeared at the top of the page.

    “You appear to be sending notifications from an email address from a different domain name to your blog, this may result in failed emails”.

    My website is at GoToNames (warburtontrees.net) and I have a TalkTalk email address. Can anyone tell me what the message means, and what to do about it. please?

    Subscribe2 sends emails from the web server where your https://www.warburtontrees.net site is hosted. Mosts hosts will limit or block completely emails that are send from addresses that are on a different domain, i.e. ending with something other than @warburtontrees.net.

    That warning message is telling you that you are currently configured to send from just such an address (your talktalk one), so you need to create an email address on the warburtontrees.net domain and use that address for your WordPress account instead or create a new admin level account and set that as the sender in the Subscribe2 settings.
