    People who subscribe to our blog on are no longer receiving a confirmation email to confirm their request to subscribe to the blog.? ??The following confirmation ?appears when they subscribe – ?“Thanks! You are now subscribed to SSI Garden Club as <email address>”. ??They have tried many times with the same result. What is the likely cause of this problem?? I am using Jetpack. The following default success message is not working. “Success! An email was just sent to confirm your subscription. Please find the email now and click ‘Confirm Follow’ to start subscribing.” Is it possible to view the unconfirmed subscriptions?

    It gets fixed when revert to version 12.7.1. I hope the team manages to fix this in the next release. And hopefully it will be Ajax instead of the page refreshing after entering the email.

    Hello there – I tested the email subscription form on your site and found:

    • If I try to subscribe your website and I’m not logged in to a?WP.com?account, then there is no issue, and I receive the confirmation email.
    • But if I try to subscribe to a website and I’m logged in to a?WP.com?account, then I don’t receive the confirmation email on any other email address or the email address from which I’m logged in.

    I’m checking this with our team and will get back to you as soon as we have some updates!
