Subscriber function

Hi,

I am totally confused about how to use the subscriber function of this plugin. I assume I should edit the MAIN SUBSCRIBE SETTINGS, but I have absolutely no idea what to enter.

If someone hits SUBSCRIBE on my under construction page, all I want is to get a notification at my email address.

How do I do that?
