Subscriber list not updating- emails not being sent to subscribers

I should note that I know of at least one subscriber that is not being sent the newsletter. I added her to another list that I created just for her as a test- resent the newsletter to that list- and it did send successfully. No clue why she’s being left out of the main list.

Hi there,

just to make sure I understood correctly: I removed the file named front.php and replaced it with the file named subcriber’s_count_issue.php that I downloaded from the link you gave me- I first changed the new file’s name to front.php.

I haven’t sent a newsletter yet, but I can see that when I go to the final step of sending the subscriber counts are not correct. Is there anything else I should do?

Update: users were still left out of the send list, even though the same users do receive a newsletter when placed on another list.

Yeah, sorry about that. We also identified on our end that this won’t solve this issue at all. We’re working on it, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have progress on that, okay?

Ok, thank you for the update. I’ll wait to hear news on the fix. Also, do I need to restore the previous front.php file or should I just leave everything as is?

Just leave this new file there, at least, it fixes the subscribers count total.
