Subscriber not appearing

    Hello,

    I have a popup for my website and using it with exit intent function exclusively.

    Two things:

    the popup have been seen 414 times but no subscribers in the list nor in mailchimp (I’ve linked the 2) that sounds strange…
    I’ve tried the popup myself, I can enter an email, it says succesful but nothing is appearing in the subscriber or mailchimp.

    Could anyone support?
