    For that e-mail address (which I’ve asked the moderators to redact—posting the e-mail on a public forum is a good way to get it harvested by spammers!), it appears she has not confirmed the registration.

    She can visit https://subscribe.wordpress.com and enter her e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to her with a link that she can use to manage her subscriptions—including approve pending subscriptions.
