Subscriber Role and capabilities

I am working on plugin. I want to allow every subscriber. He/she can add/edit/delete his/her added custom post. I read role and capabilities regarding every user type I found user subscriber can’t add/edit/delete/read posts. Subscriber is 0 level user how can just manage his profile and nothing. I want to allow one additional ability add/edit/delete/read own post only. After couple search I found an article where define role and capability.
After reading article I sum up the result I had update user capability. like
[ a:2:{s:10:”subscriber”;b:1;s:10:”edit_posts”;b:1;} ]
edit_posts allow to any user can add/edit/delete read posts/custom post to and also allow to manage comments. I just want subscriber can just add/edit/delete/read custom posts and nothing else……………….

Please share your great thoughts how I can handle subscriber can just add/edit/delete/read custom posts and his profile only not default posts any other thing …
