Subscriber updating their profile

    Hi Kevin

    Is there a way for my MailChimp subscribers to be able to update their MailChimp profile via my website?

    For example, is it possible to provide a link (via my site) that takes them to their profile at any time?

    I know that when a campaign is sent, subscribers will receive a link in the marketing / newsletter email they receive to do this. But how does it work if a subscriber decides they want to update their preferences at any other time? Such as if they do not have access to their email account etc

    Hi @antonmh,

    Easy Forms lets subscribers update their profile but it doesn’t give you a link that a user can use at any time. Instead, when a subscriber tries to sign up for a mailing list they’re already subscribed to, they will receive an alert saying something like “You are already subscribed to this list. If you’d like to update your account info, click this link.”

    You can see a summary of this in the form builder’s opt-in settings – look for “Update Existing Subscriber” and “Send Update Email.” Or you can check out this knowledge base article that explains these settings: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/opt-in-settings/.
