Could you please share more information about your query along with the screenshots of our settings page and the subscription email that you have received with us so that we will be in a better position to assist you?
However, we suggest you ensure that the option “Hide Name” (Admin Dashbord->Instock Notifier->Settings->Visibility Settings->Hide Name) is unchecked so that the name you have entered in the name text field of the subscription form is retrieved in email as well.
