Subscribers broke

In the last 2-3 days, Subscriber has stopped sending out emails to my subscribers. I only have a 13 but those few rely on that notification coming through.

I went in and did a test message under tools and that message was sent out just fine.

Has there been a change to WP that could have caused this?
