• Hi,
This plugin came with the Dynamix theme which asks to install this plugin after I activated my Dynamix theme. However, if a subscriber is logged in clicking on dashboard he/she will see this notice: Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Sidekick plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed. Please contact the administrator of this site for help.

How can I disable this notice for all my subscribers. They will see this notice on their dashboard. I even uninstalled the sidekick plugin and it’s still there.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Sorry you’re having trouble.

Dynamix Theme is no longer licensed to provide SIDEKICK as part of their theme, so it should not have been included in the first place. We will look into that.

As for it not deactivating when you remove the plugin, that seems like something that should be impossible. Would you mind emailing me at [email protected] with a temporary admin login and pass so I can take a look?

    Thank you
