I’d imported a list of subscribers (we use our site in replacement of a manual distribution list) and on saturday I expected they receive our weekly last activity email.

They didn’t so I ckecked and all of them had disappear from the subscribers list.

So I reimport the list (80 members) and create a newsletter, sent immediatly. They received (34 opened, 7 opened by machine, 9 clicks), everything was fine. But yesterday, looking at the statistics, all members were deleted.

What is the trouble ? Is there a limitation somewhere ? Will I have to reimport them every week and loose the statistics each time ?

    It happens again.

This time, it was with an article notification, planned on each saturday.

I added my subscribers on friday, everything was ok, and today I see they are all unsubscribed.

3.8% of clicks, 50% of opened, none with error, no manual unsubscribption… WTF ?

    Hi there,

?If you search for one of the subscribers that disappeared under?MailPoet > Subscribers,?do you see them in any of the other?non-Subscribed?statuses — for example, “Inactive”? Or, do they disappear completely? Please send over a screenshot of what you see when searching one of those addresses.

Under?MailPoet > Settings > Advanced,?do you have the “Stop sending to inactive subscribers” feature enabled? If so, and these subscribers haven’t opened/clicked on any of your emails for that set period, then that could explain why they are suddenly no longer in your Subscribed list.

    Thanks for your answer.

The subscribers I added totally disappear from the list, the unsubscribed list just contains pple emails who register and unsubscribe before the import.

And the setting “Stop sendinf to inactive subscribers” is enabled with a delay of 6 months, and I imported users a few days before. And even subscribers having read the newsletter and/or click a link inside was removed.

I think the trouble is that the confirmed_at field was empty in the wp_mailpoet_subscribers table, I’d forced its value to an arbitrary date (the import date), wait and see…

    Hello again,

Yes, the confirmed_at field plays a significant role in MailPoet’s handling of subscribers. If this field is empty, MailPoet may consider these subscribers as unconfirmed or possibly inactive.

However, MailPoet can’t automatically delete subscribers from your email list. If you notice this happens again kindly contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to provide you with more information there and investigate this further.

    Cheers!

It happens again, so I opened a ticket in MailPoet support:

    Hello
All the users I import in mailpoet are deleted after a few days, even if they recieve the newsletter and don’t unsubscribe.

You can see a partial view of the stats of my last newsletter @ https://www.airoux.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Capture.png

Note: the subscribers are totally deleted from the wp_mailpoet_subscribers table.

    It happened again this night…

Yesterday evening, I had all my imported subscribers and now they are all deleted, independantly they had clicked links or open the newsletter.

Looks like I’ll have to import them each time the automatic summary will be send… Well, makes loose the automatic way ??

    Hi @airoux,

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues with this. You shouldn’t have to re-import your subscribers for each send.

It’s possible this is being caused by a conflict between MailPoet and a third-party plugin or theme. The best way to resolve this is by performing a?conflict test.

If you still experience this behaviour after testing, please let us know!
