Subscribers disappearing from list

    I’ve been collecting subscribers with the native subscriber function with the plugin. I’ve been spending money every day trying to increase subscribers only to find that they are randomly deleting themselves from the list.

    I found this out by catching two people subscribe, but every time I refreshed the page, one of their subscriptions gets deleted.

    This is seriously frustrating given the wasted ad spend.

    Hello @samstoffer1, I am sorry to hear that. I checked the subscribers table function we are using in CMP, and this might happen only if you delete one of the subscribers manually and then keep hitting refresh button – the delete command is cached and keeps deleting subscribers.

    Otherwise there is no way how could subscribers get deleted – for example if you navigate away from subscribers page or refresh the page without manually deleting subscriber first.

    But again, I am sorry and I agree it might be confusing in some situations – I will check the subscribers delete functions if this behaviour could be eliminated.
