    Hi KB,

    Sorry that you are experiencing this issue but with our Free MailChimp Optin Cat, after each signup, they would be sent a Confirmation Email that they would have to click to be registered to your Mailing list.

    The Single Optin method is only available in our premium Optin Cat plugin.
