subscribers do not receive newsletter anymore

  • Please I need your help with 2 problems:

    – my regular subscriber do not receive newsletter anymore since I change from a blog in wordpress to a website with wordpress as CMS. (even if I am still connected with my past wordpress account and people are still following me through it)

    – After I decided to use Jetpack widget, it is working (newsletters are sent on time ect) but I cannot find any information about the subscribers. Where is possible to find

  • If you moved your site from WordPress.COM to www.ads-software.com, you need to ask the WP.COM support team to move your subscribers for you. Post on the WordPress.COM forums, and include both URLs and confirm that you already have JetPack activated on your new site.

    Once that’s done, if you still have JetPack issues, you can ask those on the JetPack sub-forum here:
